Here's everything you need to know about your first order. 

How to use nuud deodorant cream: 
Apply a pea-sized amount to each armpit. 
More nuud doesn’t mean more effectiveness. Keep at least one day between applications. It sounds scary, but The Cream remains effective for up to 72 hours. 

How to use nuud deodorant sticks: 
2–3 swipes per pit, and you're good to go for around 48 hours. Seriously. 
Feel free to apply a little extra if you like, but you might find you don’t need to.

The longer you use nuud, the more effective it becomes. Your body might go through a brief adjustment period as your skin’s microbiome gets used to its new way of life. A few days in, and you’ll sweat less, feel fresher, and be able to stretch out your applications longer. 
Most people reapply every 3 days, but this can vary. Try experimenting for the first couple of weeks of use to find your rhythm.

Recycling your nuud packaging
Our outer packaging is made from biodegradable FSC-certified cardboard, which can go into your household recycling bin or compost. 
Our tube is made from PE (polyethylene) and the cap from PP (polypropylene). Both are recyclable, but not together. Please unscrew the cap from the tube before recycling.
