POINTS EXPIRY
If you don’t place an order for 12 months in a row, your approved points will expire. Any points earned during that time from non-purchase activities will expire on the same date too.
Even if your order ends up being free (for example because it’s fully discounted), it still counts as an order — which means your points stay active for another 12 months.
